Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving Private Banking Business presence in the UAE, regionally and internationally through management vision and leadership
Head of PB has direct reports of business leaders consisting of Reginal/ Unit Heads , Investment Advisory, and Credit Solutions, and Client Experience teams.
Ensure the profitability and business targets and objectives of Private Banking Business are met and/or exceeded.
Manage, lead, train and motivate the PB Business teams across all disciplines and functions and maintain high standards of professionalism and technical competence
Champion the growth of Private Banking Business through identifying, acquiring, building and retaining existing talent and hiring new talent. Direct responsibility to growing Private Banking business via identifying, acquiring, building and retaining existing client relationships, and acquisition of new clients.
Provide guidance and vision in growing and deepening the product set and investment services and expanding the overall Private Banking business proposition.
Offer senior and subject matter expert input across businesses, Wealth Management, Priority Banking and Investment offerings.
