Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong academic and operational leadership for the Primary section. Oversee curriculum planning, delivery, assessments, and teacher performance. Ensure high-quality teaching aligned with the British Curriculum. Lead school improvement initiatives and maintain academic standards. Mentor and support teachers through professional development. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and students. Ensure compliance with school policies and UAE educational requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a British Curriculum school in the UAE is mandatory.
Strong understanding of UK curriculum frameworks and primary-level pedagogy. Proven leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Ability to drive academic excellence and school development.Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
Sponsorship / family visa holders are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.Job Type: Full-time
