Specialist Skills/ Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business administration, finance, or related field)
- 18+ years' experience in relevant leadership, Senior managerial/ Management roles
- Expertise in Retail Credit & Operational Policies, Banking practices, Market Knowledge, Service Standards, Financial Planning
- Organizational talent: has strong planning and multitasking skills, presentation, negotiation, relationship management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, system skills (MS office)
- Strong team player
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and to other countries where client has retail presence
