Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Mortgage Head

to lead and scale our home loan and mortgage vertical in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE mortgage products and a proven ability to establish and manage tie-ups with banks and other lending institutions, while supporting real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the mortgage division focusing on

real estate home loans

(ready, off-plan, resale).
Establish, manage, and expand

strategic tie-ups with UAE banks, financial institutions, and non-bank lenders

.
Negotiate competitive mortgage terms, rates, and service-level agreements with lenders.
Work closely with the real estate sales team to provide seamless mortgage solutions to clients.
Advise clients on suitable mortgage products, eligibility, documentation, and approval processes.
Ensure compliance with

UAE Central Bank regulations

and internal policies.
Build, train, and manage a mortgage sales/support team (if applicable).
Monitor market trends, interest rates, and new mortgage products to stay competitive.
Drive revenue growth through mortgage conversions and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and referral partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mortgage/home loan advisory in the UAE. Strong existing relationships with UAE banks and loan providers. In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations, LTV rules, and approval processes. Experience working closely with real estate brokerages or developers is highly preferred. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling abilities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
