Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and licensing of regional operations, ensuring full compliance with local financial regulations.
• Create and implement strategies for entering new markets, driving business growth, and sustaining long-term expansion.
• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, regulators, and industry leaders.
• Oversee business development activities including client acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Recruit, guide, and manage local teams to support operational needs and accelerate growth.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
• Serve as the company's main regional representative, enhancing brand visibility and reputation.
• Work closely with global leadership to ensure regional strategies are aligned with the company's overall goals.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent English proficiency (C1 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in setting up and managing financial services operations within regulated markets.
• Strong expertise in business development, sales, and market expansion in financial services, preferably in Forex and/or Equities.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulatory requirements and licensing procedures.
• Established network of industry contacts in the region.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management capabilities.
