Head of Mechanical Design (Buildings) - Dubai, UAE
The market leading infrastructure recruitment specialist is seeking an experienced Head of Mechanical Design to join their Building Design team based in Dubai.
Opportunity:
This leading international consultancy, with a global reputation for delivering major, high-profile projects throughout the region are looking for someone to lead and steer their business and, as part of a multi-disciplinary team continue their growth.
Responsibilities:
The successful individual shall be responsible for Managing the Mechanical Design department overseeing day to day design activities both in Dubai but also across the region. Support with the hiring, training and developing of Engineers. Liaising and supporting other disciplines across various projects. Additionally the role shall be client facing.
Key requirements for the role:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering (or a related subject)
- 15+ year Mechanical Design Experience within a Consultancy environment.
- 10+ years of Leadership/ Management Experience
- Regional experience would be beneficial
The salary package on office shall be very attractive as would the benefits and the growth that would come with the role.
