xe2x97x8f Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

You will be expected to:
xe2x97x8f Develop and articulate a clear assessment strategy and vision that aligns with the school's overall goals and objectives.
xe2x97x8f Lead the development and implementation of Literacy policies and procedures in alignment with the American national curriculum framework and KHDA standards.
xe2x97x8f Drive the implementation of literacy initiatives and ensure they support the schools vision and mission.
