Job Description
:Madison Pearl have been mandated by a prominent government backed entity who are looking to hire a Head of Legal with recent experience working with government affiliated/government entities. The ideal candidate would have 10-15 years\' experience, coming from an investment\xe2\x80\x99s banking/investment management background.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all legal aspects of the company.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting on legal activities, risks and litigation.
- Negotiate and draft contracts on behalf of the company.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to company management on a variety of issues.
- 10 - 15 years of experience working as an in house lawyer advising on M&A matters, SPV\'s, term sheets etc.
