Position Overview
The Head of Legal at Azizi Developments is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all legal and compliance matters across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Advise the Chairman, CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership on critical legal and regulatory matters
• Lead and manage the Legal Department, ensuring effective delivery of legal services and compliance frameworks
• Provide authoritative counsel on corporate law, real estate development, dispute resolution, and litigation
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal submissions
• Oversee compliance with corporate governance frameworks; attend Board meetings to provide legal advice
• Manage dispute settlements and ensure effective implementation of legal decisions
• Conduct advanced legal research and provide strategic insights for business growth
• Serve as the primary liaison with government entities such as the Dubai Land Department and Dubai Economic Development Department

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred from an accredited institution
• At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5+ years in senior legal leadership roles
• Proven expertise in UAE corporate and commercial law, real estate law, litigation, and dispute resolution
• Track record of advising Boards and senior executives with sound and decisive legal guidance
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, inspire, and manage legal teams
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Native Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English required
