Our global client are specialists within the e-commerce industry, and are looking to add a new Head of Legal to their team based in Dubai. The role will focus on logistics and the supply-chain of goods transported across the GCC.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a global leader in their field, and act as a senior Lawyer in a position of seniority where you will report to the Regional GC. Key responsibilities include the management of matters related to trade and regulatory law, with expertise in UAE and regional legal frameworks. Successful candidates will have experience in logistics and/or transportation of goods cross-border either by aviation or haulage. You will also be expected to work on wider commercial and litigation matters for the business.
Those applying for the position must be fluent in Arabic with at least 8 years' experience from an international law firm and in-house, ideally within the logistics/supply-chain management sector. Candidates can be common or civil law qualified, but must have extensive UAE and wider GCC experience.
