Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Leasing to lead the Leasing and Commercial Government Relations Department at Al Tayer Insignia. In this role you will play an integral part in the growth of one of the region's leading luxury and fashion companies, Al Tayer Insignia.

Complementing its position in luxury retail, Al Tayer Insignia has also built new frontiers in lifestyle retail, representing leading brands in the Beauty, Home, Fashion and Hospitality sectors.

About The Role

You will manage the teams responsible for retail site acquisition and asset management, including identification and evaluation of potential new retail opportunities, securing optimal commercial terms via ROCI analysis, legal assessment, and negotiations, acquire new locations in line with the retail strategy, manage the existing retail portfolio with a view to enhancing profitability and ensure lease and applicable Municipality and trading documentation is secured and valid.

About You

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in the GCC Retail Markets with strong business acumen and the ability to apply business knowledge. They will have good organizational and planning abilities, able to deal with tight deadlines and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven experience in leading and motivation winning teams and good financial experience in terms of ROCI's and retail businesses is essential.
