As a growing school, we are looking for an efficient and experienced Leader to lead the Kindergarten Department.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/Post Graduate from any of the recognized universities. (Regular mode) B.Ed (regular) from any of the recognized universities. -
mandatory requirement
CACHE -5 , ECCE, Dip in Montessori, Dip in ECCE or Equivalent (preferable) Minimum 3 years' -experience in the Teaching and Minimum 3 years in Leadership role. Local Experienced candidates will be preferred. (having ADEK Inspection Experience) CBSE experience is preferred. Having KHDA/SPEA/ADEK approval in the same position is required. Candidates on Spouse/Dependent Visa are majorly considered.Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads and manages overall Kindergarten operations. Guides teachers and supports high-quality early childhood education. Ensures a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children. Oversees daily administration, planning, and record-keeping. Monitors child development and addresses individual needs. Communicates regularly with parents and builds community ties. Ensures compliance with educational and safety standards.
