Job Description
Recruiter4You is representing a private family office and financial services company seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to lead its investment operations and reporting function. The role involves managing portfolio data, performance reporting, and multi-entity structures across public and private investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee investment reporting across asset classes -- equities, PE, real estate, and venture.
- Produce clear and accurate performance and cash flow reports (IRR, NAV, income yield).
- Manage data platforms (Addepar, Swimbird, etc.) and ensure seamless reconciliation.
- Coordinate with custodians, accountants, and advisors across jurisdictions.
- Track liquidity, capital calls, and entity-level transactions.
- Support compliance, governance, and risk oversight processes.
- 5+ years' experience in investment operations, fund administration, or family office environments.
- Strong financial reporting and accounting knowledge.
- Experience with wealth tech tools (e.g., Addepar, FundCount, eFront).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CFA/CAIA/CPA preferred.
