Dubai, UAE SALARY: 45,000 AED - 50,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent

Our Client is a Family Office that has recently invested into real and retail estate. They are looking for a Head of Architecture and Interior Design to oversee the entire design conception and manage the development of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the whole design process and delivery of high-end luxury projects.
• Oversee the creative interiors efforts on ongoing projects, including leading concept development production of full drawing packs including plans, elevations and design intent technical detailing, and managing projects on site through to completion and design

presentation strategies.

• Guide the generation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
• Lead the thought process of the social design through planning, mix, interior design lighting, graphics etc.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, vendors, fabricators and architects.
• Control the budget and validate the expenses at each stage of the projects.
• Ensure cost effective oriented and find solutions to maintain and reduce the budget.
• Track project milestones and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met managing workload along with client\'s expectations.
• Review the design and drawing from the consultants at every stage.
• Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts.
• Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication of progress, changes and resolution of issues.
• Address any potential risks, challenges, or obstacles that the organization is facing or may encounter in the future.
• Provide concise and relevant information to key stakeholders, such as senior executives, board members, investors, or clients, to keep them informed about the organization\'s performance, goals, and key initiatives.
• Bring in new experiences and global best practices to be adopted Finding innovative ways of monetizing the social spaces through effective design execution.

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years\' professional experience working in high end residential and retail interiors.
• Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and formulating design presentation strategies.
• Extensive Design and delivery project experience, international project exposure is ideal.
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
• Proven track record of success in maintaining and growing client relationships.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Excellent, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex design concepts to clients.
• Ability to do high level reporting to the stakeholders.
