Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Actively participate in high-level negotiations and close key deals to drive revenue growth.
Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Foster a results-driven, client-focused culture within the sales team.
Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance sales performance and expand customer base.
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience in B2B software sales, with a strong track record in leadership and deal closure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead by example in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
Minimum 10 Years experience in Software Sales Industry.
At least 5 years of above must be in UAE
