Head of Institutional Distribution
, working in close partnership with a hands-on Chief Investment Officer, you will lead distribution initiatives, cultivate key Family Office relationships, and support the CIO in translating investment strategy into capital allocations across the UAE, the GCC, and global markets.
Your Role
Support and execute the distribution strategy defined jointly with the CIO
Lead hands-on investor engagement with Family Offices and select private capital allocators
Act as a senior representative of the platform in high-level investor discussions
Drive capital conversations from introduction through allocation, in close coordination with the CIO
Help articulate and communicate the investment narrative, structure, and value proposition to sophisticated investors
Maintain and grow long-term investor relationships through disciplined follow-up and trust-based engagement
Key Responsibilities
Execute capital raising and distribution activities alongside the CIO
Develop and manage a pipeline of Family Office relationships, primarily in the UAE and GCC
Participate in investor meetings, due diligence discussions, and allocation processes
Provide market and investor feedback to inform product structuring and positioning
Represent the platform at selected private meetings, events, and forums
Ensure a professional, institutional-grade investor experience throughout the allocation lifecycle
Who You Are
A senior, hands-on distribution professional with proven experience working with Family Offices
Experienced in distributing alternative investment products (real estate, private markets, structured investments, funds)
Mandatory prior experience in the UAE, with an established local and regional network
Comfortable operating in a collaborative environment with a very involved CIO
Able to engage credibly with principals, CIOs, and investment committees
Curious and thoughtful about Real World Assets crypto and tokenization, without relying on hype
