We are seeking a visionary and experienced

Head of Institute

to lead and oversee all academic, administrative, and strategic functions of our education institute. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of leadership in higher education, academic excellence, and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institute's academic and operational functions. Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs and policies. Lead and mentor faculty and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements at local and international levels. Drive institutional growth through strategic partnerships, student enrollment initiatives, and program expansion. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the institute's goals. Represent the institute in academic forums, government bodies, and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation. Collaborate with the board of directors and senior management to align institutional objectives with long-term vision.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Demonstrated success in leading educational institutions or academic departments at a senior level. In-depth knowledge of academic governance, curriculum standards, and quality assurance frameworks. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale institutional initiatives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of

10 years of experience

in the education industry, with at least

5 years in a senior leadership or institutional head role

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
