Position Overview
TooshModa is seeking an experienced and commercially minded
Head of Influencer Marketing & Public Relations
to lead its influencer strategy, media relations, and external brand communications from Dubai.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building brand credibility, managing reputation, and driving high-impact influencer and PR initiatives aligned with the company's global growth objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
Define and execute the overall influencer marketing and PR strategy in line with corporate brand objectives
Act as the brand's external communications lead across regional and international markets
Advise senior management on brand perception, reputation management, and media strategy
Influencer & Partnership Management
Lead the identification, evaluation, and management of influencer, creator, and celebrity partnerships
Establish structured frameworks for influencer selection, contracts, deliverables, and performance measurement
Manage long-term brand ambassador and strategic collaboration programs
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and platform disclosure standards
Public Relations & Media Relations
Develop and oversee PR strategies across fashion, lifestyle, business, and trade media
Maintain senior-level relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, and media stakeholders
Manage press releases, media kits, executive interviews, and official brand communications
Lead crisis communication and reputation management when required
Events, Launches & Brand Representation
Oversee influencer and PR strategy for product launches, corporate events, fashion weeks, and regional activations
Represent TooshModa at industry events and high-profile engagements
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure flawless execution
Governance, Budget & Reporting
Own and manage influencer and PR budgets with strong financial discipline
Track KPIs, ROI, earned media value, and campaign effectiveness
Prepare structured reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Manage PR agencies and external partners across markets
Candidate Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or corporate communications
Proven experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or consumer brands
Strong regional and/or international media and influencer network
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and agencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business outcomes
Experience working in the GCC or international markets preferred
