Job Description
Head of Inclusion Department:
Lead and manage the Inclusion Department across the school. Ensure compliance with the UAE Inclusion Framework and MoE guidelines. Oversee IEPs, assessments, and intervention programs. Provide training and support to teachers on inclusive practices.
SENCO:
Coordinate SEN provision and support services. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate SEN documentation. Liaise with parents, teachers, and external specialists.
Inclusion Teacher:
Support students with additional learning needs. Implement IEPs and targeted intervention strategies. Work collaboratively with classroom teachers.
