Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Head of Hygiene
to lead and manage hygiene operations in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure our cleaning protocols meet the highest food safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hygiene activities across the facility. Implement and monitor sanitation programs and cleaning schedules. Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, BRC, FSSC). Train and supervise cleaning staff on hygiene practices and chemical usage. Maintain and manage hygiene-related equipment including bakery machinery and ovens. Prepare for and handle internal and external hygiene audits. Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and PPE. Be available to work across various shifts as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Proven experience in hygiene management within the food industry. In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and bakery machinery. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to train and manage hygiene teams effectively. Flexible with work hours and shift timings.
Salary AED. 4000 -5000 ( All inclusive) negotiable .
