Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Human Resources for their client in Abu Dhabi which is a multispecialty hospital.We are looking for HR Managers with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in UAE within a hospital setting.The role would require the candidate to review, advice and improve on employment policies, L&D, HR policies, workforce development, compliance to local laws, employee engagement, employee relations, rewards and recognition, recruitment, organizational culture and HR systems.Candidates without Managerial experience in UAE within a hospital setting would not qualify for this role.
Salary: upto Aed 30,000 per month plus benefits.
