We are seeking a strategic and visionary

Head of HR

to lead the human capital function of a prominent holding company based in

Abu Dhabi

, with investments across strategic sectors including real estate, energy, technology, and specialized services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full HR agenda -- from organizational development, talent acquisition, and leadership development to HR compliance and cultural transformation -- ensuring alignment with the group's investment vision and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of HR strategy, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. Oversee HR operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the group. Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning. Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-potential talent across strategic sectors. Build and maintain strong employee relations and performance management frameworks. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices across all entities. Implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with market benchmarks and business goals. Guide change management initiatives and support leadership through periods of transformation. Leverage HR analytics to influence decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of

10+ years

of progressive HR experience, with at least

5 years in a leadership role

, ideally within a holding company or investment group. It is important to be an Arab woman. Proven experience managing HR across diversified sectors (e.g. real estate, energy, services, technology). Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory frameworks. Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR with business objectives and investment direction. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Arabic language is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

Experience in organizational transformation or scaling HR in high-growth environments. Commercial mindset and ability to balance operational HR with strategic impact. High integrity, discretion, and cultural intelligence.
