An esteemed UHNWI family based in Dubai seeking a dedicated and experienced House Manager to oversee household operations, with a focus on supporting the principal and his family. The role involves managing domestic staff, coordinating household activities, and assisting with travel and personal arrangements to ensure a smooth, luxurious household environment. You will work directly with the principal's family, assisting in daily household operations, managing household staff including housemaids and nannies, and serving as
the primary point of contact for household coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities, including supporting the family's travel, meal planning for children, and overseeing service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Operations: Assist the principal's family with the overall running of the household, ensuring daily routines are seamless.
  • Staff Management: Supervise housemaids, nannies, and household staff; provide guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
  • Point of Contact: Act as the main liaison between the household staff, vendors, and external service providers. Child and Family Support: Coordinate and assist with childrenn's meals, schedules, and activities.
  • Travel Assistance: Travel coordination, restaurant & hotel booking, Support with packing,
  • Unpacking, and organizing household affairs during family travel; coordinate with the chef, pilot, captain, and other service providers to ensure everything is in place.
  • Food & Catering: Liaise with the chef for meal planning, special dietary requirements, and service standards.
  • Household Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
  • Events & Special Occasion Support: Assist in organizing private events and family gatherings with attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Manage household inventories, appointments, and schedules.
  • Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain utmost discretion regarding family matters and household details.
  • Safety and Security: Support in implementing safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Staff Management: Supervise housemaids, nannies, and household staff; provide guidance, training, and supervision to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.

Working hours will be 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week
Accommodation and duty meals will be provided
2-year contract, 30 days annual leave upon completing 1 year
This job involves travelling internationally, someone with a strong passport, or someone with an active US, UK and Schengen visa.
Requirements

individuals.
? Strong leadership and organizational skills.
? Experience supervising domestic staff, including nannies and housemaids.
? Ability to handle household logistics, coordination, and personal assistance.
? Excellent communication skills; fluent in English
? Discreet, proactive, and capable of working independently.
? Flexibility to assist with travel and adapt to changing household needs.
? Proficiency in household management tools and MS Office.
