An exciting role for a Head of HOD (Home Office Delivery) for a FMCG company in the UAE becomes available. In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Delivering a WOW experience to the customers and the team, deciding and implementing critical business decisions to make it happen!

• Responsible for the gross margin for the business unit.

• Performing resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirement

• Analyse customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirements, set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet delivery goals.

• Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders enables effective dialogue exchange between departments.

• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervise delivery team members.

• Responsible for implementing OKR\xe2\x80\x99s for the business unit.

• Coach/Guide to help Agile teams achieve their Goals/OKRs

• Ensure that team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence

• Responsible for negotiating contracts delivery rates for new and existing customers.

• Recommending methods of improving the processes and seeing that actions are implemented on time to deliver a wow experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma / Bachelor degree holder

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5 years of total experience, of which at least 3 years in the UAE

\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 3 years of team management experience

\xc2\xb7 Must have a strong background in Home Office Delivery

\xc2\xb7 Must have experience in selling FMCG products within HOD

\xc2\xb7 Willing to travel and be on the go at all the time

\xc2\xb7 Should be a driven individual and enjoy speaking with people

\xc2\xb7 Good knowledge of marketing and sales management

\xc2\xb7 Having a UAE license is a must
