The opportunity We are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Health & Safety, Security, and Special Projects to join our team from June 2023. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the post holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of health & safety and security across the campus, in addition to leading on assigned projects, such as transportation and catering. About you We are looking for an experienced practitioner with an eye for detail and a commitment to both best practice and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role, ensuring that the campus and resources deliver a high-quality learning environment and is safe at all times and for all users. To be successful, you will be versatile, known to be can-do by nature, and motivated by a need to find solutions to problems. You will need to demonstrate an ability to prioritise tasks, be highly motivated and personable, and be able to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with a range of different audiences. You would be expected to work flexible hours and working times to suit the needs of the business, though most days would run to a routine pattern.
