Role Overview
Freedx is hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale the full growth engine of the exchange. This role is not a pure marketing position. It is a commercial and operational growth role with direct ownership of funnel performance, revenue outcomes, and budget efficiency.
You will be accountable for turning traffic into KYC approved users, deposits into active traders, and traders into retained, revenue generating customers. Success is measured in trading volume, ARPU, CAC to LTV efficiency, and contribution margin, not just installs or signups.
You will work closely with Product, Liquidity, Compliance, and Operations to ensure growth initiatives are executable, measurable, and economically sound.
Core Responsibilities
Initial Phase
Define and execute Freedx's go to market and growth strategy with clear volume and revenue targets
Build and optimize acquisition funnels across paid media, SEO, affiliates, referrals, and communities
Own end to end funnel performance including KYC completion rate, deposit conversion, first trade, and early retention
Design and launch initial onboarding, activation, and first trade campaigns
Establish growth KPIs, analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting cadence
Identify early partnerships, affiliates, and communities that drive high intent trading activity
Define budget requirements and expected ROI for growth initiatives
Build the initial growth operating model, processes, and experimentation framework
Ongoing Ownership
Own growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with clear accountability for outcomes
Continuously optimize funnels to improve CAC, ARPU, LTV, and trading volume per user
Own lifecycle performance including deposit frequency, trading frequency, and liquidity driven retention
Design and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in app messaging
Build and scale affiliate, referral, and influencer programs with clear rebate and ROI structures
Work closely with Product and Liquidity teams to align growth initiatives with market depth, spreads, fees, and incentives
Define and optimize monetization levers including fee structures, rebates, spreads, and promotions
Own growth budgets and performance against agreed targets, with responsibility for efficiency and returns
Report growth performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership on a regular basis
Build, manage, and develop a high performance growth team with a strong experimentation culture
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications:
7 plus years in growth, performance marketing, or product led growth roles
Minimum 4 years in crypto exchanges, fintech platforms, or high growth financial products
Demonstrated experience owning exchange funnels including KYC, deposits, and trading activation
Proven track record of scaling trading or transactional platforms, not just content or consumer apps
Skills and Capabilities
Deep understanding of acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, and communities ate structures
Strong grasp of exchange economics including trading volume, ARPU, fees versus spreads, and rebate structures
Experience owning or influencing growth budgets, revenue targets, and unit economics
Strong analytical skills with hands on experience in tools such as GA, Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL, and A B testing frameworks
Ability to translate data into clear decisions and prioritization
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable operating in fast moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership expectations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or a related field kills
MBA or advanced analytics or growth certifications are a plusctations
