Roles &
Responsibilities:
1. Create and manage a multi-channel growth strategy
Design ultra-effective outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calling, WhatsApp...)
Implement prospecting playbooks and automation sequences
Create specific bottom-of-funnel elements (white papers, mini-courses, hidden calls to action, mirror pages, etc.)
Activate organic marketing (reactivate email list, mini-newsletter, targeted content, "one-person-funnel")
2. Structure a modern tech Growth stack
Select and configure the right tools (Lemlist, Instantly, LaGrowthMachine, Apollo, Hubspot, etc.)
Implement real-time monitoring dashboards
Create alerts and trackers to continuously measure ROAS/CPL/CAV of unpaid campaigns
3. Work hand in hand with the Sales team
Schedule qualified appointments for AEs (minimum 10 calls/week at M3)
Control one or more SDRs to execute the strategy
Providing consistent feedback from the field to marketing
4. Recruit and build a team
Identify the right SDR / BizDev / LeadGeneration profiles
Coaching, monitoring, and facilitating performance routines
Growing the Growth Hub
Essential criteria
5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing targeting SMEs and very small businesses with 1 to 100 employees (in marketing or consulting agencies)
Stay up-to-date on the latest growth marketing tools: Growth Machine, HubSpot, Lemlist
Based in Dubai on a permanent contract
French speaker
Diploma: not required
Salary between EUR55k and EUR85k fixed + EUR50k variable
No TT
Required Qualifications:
You have already managed successful Growth/Outbound campaigns
You are a strategist, but also an executor: You edit the sequences yourself if necessary
You are proficient in all modern Growth tools and techniques (scraping, enrichment, automation, scoring, etc.)
You are results-oriented, focused on the pipeline and cash flow -- not vanity metrics
You are capable of building MVPs in a rapid test & learn mode
You love challenges, performance, scaling, and high-speed growth.
