As Head of Group Strategy & Investment, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the company's long-term vision and driving group-wide strategic initiatives. This includes supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other growth opportunities that deliver sustainable shareholder value. The role demands a forward-looking leader with strong strategic acumen, investment expertise, and the ability to collaborate across diverse business units and senior stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of group-wide strategy and corporate development initiatives. Identify, evaluate, and execute high-impact opportunities including acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align strategy with business objectives and shareholder priorities. Drive market intelligence, research, and analysis to anticipate trends and inform strategic decisions. Oversee due diligence, risk assessment, and integration planning for investments and partnerships. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and value creation. Provide senior-level reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
OR High School/Vocational Qualification with 12+ years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience in strategy development, corporate development, investment management, financial analysis, and project leadership. Aviation sector experience preferred.

Skills

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and influencing skills with proven ability to engage at executive level. Track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management
