A masters degree is preferred No. Of Openings: 01 Location: Dubai Experience in years: Minimum of 8 years of experience in fixed income trading and portfolio management in a large Bank, FI, Broker- dealer with a track record of success, Proficiency in relevant financial software and trading platforms especially Bloomberg. Responsibilities 1)Establish and manage the fixed income trading desk, including the development and execution of trading strategies, risk management and client relationship management. 2) Maintain best practice execution on all trades and ensure the desk is always providing optimal execution service. 3) Execute trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance of all frameworks, policies regulatory requirements and internal policies of the organization.. 4) Manage relationships with counterparties and execute trades in coordination with them. 5) Review on a regular basis market conditions and subsequent impact on the trading portfolio. 6) Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients. 7) Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. 8) Attend client meetings and presentations, representing the fixed income desk and promoting our services. 9) Conduct in-depth research and analysis of fixed income markets, including macroeconomic factors, industry trends, and issuer-specific information. 10) Monitor and report on key risk metrics and performance indicators. 11) Participate in audits and regulatory examinations, as required.
