About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that significantly exceed organizational targets.
- Innovation and Agility: Demonstrate agility in adopting new ideas and processes to enhance financial operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
- Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to key stakeholders at all levels within the organization, working closely with the Senior Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Dubai, within a finance management role, preferably in a dynamic and growing business environment.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing and building a successful finance team.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to embrace new ideas and processes quickly and effectively, to adapt to a fast paced environment.
- Software Proficiency: Experience of working with Financial Solutions; familiarity with Zoho Accounts is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Location: Must be currently based in Dubai.
