Your role will be critical in strategic decision-making and providing financial insights to support the company\'s objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.\xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.\xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company\xe2\x80\x99s actual performance compared to the business plans.\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.\xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.\xe2\x80\xa2 Develop trends and projections for the firm\xe2\x80\x99s finances.\xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct risk management activities to mitigate financial risks related to the interest rates, currency exchange rates, and others.\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or CPA preferred).\xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role in the quarry mining or related industry.\xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.\xe2\x80\xa2 Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.\xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.\xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and decision-making skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent leadership and organizational skills.\xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
