Drive all commercial aspects of Controls and Digitalization in ME.
Define budgets and forecast on all line items for the entire region for CD in conjunction with the regional entities.
Steer the business as a strategic partner to the regional head by helping to assess the situation, take out obstacles, and adapt to change; improving the ability to achieve goals.
Work cross functionally with other Siemens Energy Businesses to create the best outcome for the company.
Coordinate all countries in ME and represent the region towards all stakeholders.
Ensure all internal processes are being followed (LoA, PM@siemens, etc.) as well as provide support to the countries with central topics. Leverage best practices and resources from the other CD regions and functions
Drive collaboration between CD region ME and C CD.
Lead and develop the workforce ensuring a high-performance culture of business excellence and continuous improvement, with motivated employees and including a mindset of simplification for key processes. Empower the local teams and grow local talent.
Role modeling our SE behaviors operating to the highest moral, ethical, and business standards, manage risk and protect the Siemens Energy brand
What you Bring
10+ years of business experience in finance and customer facing roles
Proficient communication skills required
International experience with strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with teams and stakeholders around the globe
Proficiency in handling virtual teams
Flexibility to travel required
Ability to use a broad variety of leadership skills and styles
Experience in the GS and GS Services business is a plus
