Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Expressive Art to join a school in Dubai. The School is one of the newest schools to set up in the heart of Dubai. Using the UK National Curriculum as its standard, the school has a custom-built curriculum based on their vision and values. It builds upon the framework with six key threads: Mindset, Entrepreneur, Health and Wellbeing; Sustainable Leadership, Global and Digital Literacy \xe2\x80\x93 forming the pattern of its comprehensive, holistic, inclusive and fun education system.

Qualifications and experience:
The successful candidate will be remunerated in line with the School Senior Leadership Scale, which will discussed during the recruitment process.
The preferred start date is August 2024. We are keen to appoint the right person and will be flexible in order to recruit the right person in joining the school.

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
Qualifications and experience:
- A bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in fine arts, music education, or a related field.
- Teaching experience a minimum of 5 years
- Proven experience as an expressive arts educator with expertise in both arts and music.
- Experience of the UK National Curriculum and I.B.
- Knowledge and experience of inquiry-based learning.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion for fostering creativity and self-expression in learners.
