- Cultivate a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages artistic exploration and expression.
- Develop and implement engaging teaching methods and assessment strategies.
- Inspire students to explore their talents, fostering a love English.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and develop the curriculum.
- Provide constructive guidance and support to students in their endeavors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in English, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- Teaching Diploma / PGCE and relevant experience in teaching IGCSE and A-level English courses.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A genuine passion for the arts and a commitment to nurturing students\' artistic growth.
