Head of Elementary and Head of Middle School required for Al Ain, UAE.

We have excellent Leadership opportunities to join a large prestigious Education Group in Al Ain, UAE. Our client manages seven schools in the Al Ain area of the UAE.

The successful candidates will provide professional educational leadership and management of a School, fully supporting the School's vision and mission statement for the future, working in partnership with the Charter Schools' Executive Management Team. The Principal shall be responsible for the management of the school, which shall be in accordance with the policies, rules and regulations of the school, ADEK, any resolutions and decisions made by the Trustees, and any applicable laws and regulations.

Job Requirements: -

• Minimum University Degree in Education or similar field
• Professional Teaching Qualification
• Formal related qualification(s) - Master's degree in Educational Leadership considered advantageous
• 3 years minimum experience as a leader
• 5 years minimum experience as a teacher
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, integrity, strength of character and perseverance
• Inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills aligned with administrative, organisational and ICT skills
• Innovative, highly motivated, resourceful, flexible, self-starter
• Outgoing and enthusiastic
• Show a strong work ethic

Benefits:

• Salary Range - 10,000 to 15,000, based on years of experience
