Job Description
We are looking for a real specialist in E-Commerce & Express Cross-Border Logistics to lead and grow our international shipping business from:
This role is NOT freight, NOT LTL, NOT sea cargo. This is a pure E-commerce & Express Growth position.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and operate cross-border E-commerce shipping lanes.
Contract with:
E-commerce platforms Merchants Aggregators Express & courier companies
Set:
KG rates, Volumetric rates, COD models, RTO handling
Manage:
Customs clearance, Air shipments, Airport / port pickup, Local last mile delivery in Bahrain
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 5 years proven experience in:E-commerce logistics Express cross-border shipping
Strong knowledge of:
COD, RTO, Last mile operations
Existing network with:
Merchants, Marketplaces, Couriers
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: BHD 1000. Company car + mobile phone. Direct commission on every deal generated. Monthly performance bonuses. Real authority to build and scale a full business unit.
