About this role
• Leads early planning and/or interface management activities within all Major Projectsorganisation and supports project commercial agreements, as requested, including the review of Change Requests to ensure interface issues are recognised and addressed.• Promotes clear and concise communications required with Project Management Teams(PMT),
Contractors and Site Teams to ensure continuity in execution of agreements and seamlesstransfer of interface information.•Interacts effectively with Company Project Teams and departments to resolve interface issues, utilising effective communication, initiative, flexibility and influencing skills ensuring that the Project Manager is aware of interface issues which could jeopardise project objectives.
  • Leads interface coordination meetings with interfacing organisations as requested andendorses changes and extra work requests as delegated by the Project Integration Manager to ensure project deliverables are achieved.
•Coordinates significantly complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), ensuring that all relevant interfaces are in place to meet project goals.•Reviews complex work tasks within the multi-cultural project environment and leads by example, demonstrating high integrity, effective communications, management skills, personal knowledge and experience to deliver tasks to completion.
•Leads Company Project Management System assessments and reviews as requested. Manages the resolution and timely close-out of all Major projects interface issues related to business enhancements on quality, cost, and schedule by providing tools and technical assistance to impacted teams.•Interacts with Company Project Teams and OPCO Departments to resolve issues utilising effective communication, influence, initiative and flexibility.


What you need to bring
•10 years' experience with international EPC contractors and vendors, in particular those involved in the oil and gas industry and construction of LNG facilities and a minimum of 3 years supervisoryexperience.•Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
