Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement to act as a key point of coordination between the leadership team, internal departments, and external partners. This role blends delivery oversight, partner engagement, and operational structure. You will be actively involved in leading engagement meetings, driving follow-up execution, supporting recruitment, and delivering training to stakeholders as we roll out across the UAE.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, confident in external settings, capable of picking up new systems quickly, and ready to operate across multiple responsibilities with autonomy and initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic liaison across ministries, federations, and other partner organisations
Lead the planning and facilitation of key external meetings and workshops
Ensure decisions and commitments from meetings are captured and actioned across teams
Monitor delivery timelines across multiple streams and proactively drive follow-ups
Deliver training sessions, onboarding workshops, and platform walkthroughs to external stakeholders
Support internal recruitment processes and coordinate new team member onboarding
Run daily office operations and ensure a well-organised working environment
Track priority items and progress updates across all departments
Coordinate strategic communications, documentation, and reporting requirements
Assist the founder in aligning internal teams to the company's delivery roadmap
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in delivery, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, or project management
Experience delivering training or onboarding sessions to small client, partner or internal teams
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal
Strong project coordination and cross-functional follow-up capabilities
High level of professionalism and confidence in formal meetings
Organised, proactive, and able to manage complex timelines
A quick learner who can understand systems, stakeholder needs, and delivery interdependencies
Previous experience in sports operations, compliance fields, government, or digital transformation is a strong advantage
Arabic language skills are an advantage
Location:
Full-time, based in our Dubai Motor City office - no remote/hybrid
