Job Description

1. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver DCM P&L and fee targets with a balanced mandate pipeline and clear sector.

Set product/structure strategy across bonds, sukuk, CP, securitization/offloading.

Lead origination and win strategies; convert high-probability opportunities to mandates.

Oversee execution from mandate to closing (docs, ratings, trustee, bookbuild, allocations).

Build and maintain investor and arranger networks; drive distribution effectiveness and feedback loops.

Supervise Special Products/Ops (protocols, collections waterfalls, investor reporting) for error-free delivery.

Partner with Coverage/GTB/Syndications on integrated client solutions and cross-sell.

Run weekly pipeline/forecast discipline; remove bottlenecks and protect timelines.

Set team capacity, goals, and coaching rhythms; elevate modelling, documentation, and marketing standards.

Publish dashboards on win rate, time-to-close, distribution depth, and post-deal performance; act on gaps.

Continuously refine structures and processes based on client insights.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics/ Banking or equivalent.

Credit Course is necessary

15:20 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Banking, with a solid record of accomplishment across multiple industries.

Skills:

Excellent command of English and Arabic languages (written and spoken)

Excellent leadership, decision making and negotiation skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent planning and organizing skills

Excellent Business Acumen of external market and up-to date market trends and practices.
