Job Description

Madison Pearl has been mandated by a leading banking group to hire a Head of Debt Capital Markets who will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and executing debt financing transactions in the capital markets.
Key Responsibilities:

This role involves managing relationships with corporate clients, financial institutions, and investors while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Head of DCM will develop and execute strategies to enhance the Bank's market position, drive revenue growth, and provide innovative financing solutions.
This role will be looking after Debt Capital Market issuances and Syndicated Loans across the GCC and North African Region
Oversee the origination, structuring, execution & distribution of debt financing solutions, including bonds, Sukuk and syndicated loans.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
12+ years of experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or related financial services in GCC and North African Regions.
Proven track record in originating, structuring, executing and distributing debt transactions.
Strong leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
