Lead the GCC B2B business, acting as an individual contributor and working with a small team, covering Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait
Own the full sales cycle of ENTERTAINER Loyalty & Rewards solutions, from prospecting to closing deals and handing over for efficient project delivery, then ensuring exemplary account management and client satisfaction
Follow a methodical sales process, identifying the right C-level contacts and nurturing them to ensure consideration of ENTERTAINER offerings
Creating appropriate, high quality proposals in conjunction with supporting team to capture the prospects requirements and exceed them
Presenting commercial models and negotiating to find a win-win scenario
Briefing legal, marketing, product and project colleagues and including them as required
Work with marketing, project and technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs and ensure a smooth, successful programme delivery
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Experience required
Minimum 5-7+ years' of B2B complex sales experience, carrying quota in excess of $1m pa
Track record of sales success in a similar role
Positive attitude towards team-working, problem solving, building relationships and deal closing.
Well networked - must have a strong book of C-level contacts
Organised, hungry for success and target oriented, must be motivated to make sales and to make a mark
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to identify and resolve customers' needs and challenges, both internally and externally
An ability to get things done - comfortable with targets, deadlines and making things happen
IT literate around PCs and Microsoft Packages as well as a solid understanding of Salesforce
Ability to work independently to achieve results
Willingness to travel within the region and beyond as required
Desirable to have knowledge and experience within Loyalty and Rewards sectors
Excellent Arabic and English language - written and verbal
Based in Dubai or will consider candidates based in Bahrain or Qata
