Head of Corporate Finance
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :

Lead corporate finance strategy in alignment with company growth and M&A initiatives.
Oversee valuation, due diligence, and financial modeling for M&A opportunities.
Manage investment portfolio to optimize returns and minimize risks.
Direct treasury and banking operations, ensuring optimal liquidity and cash flow.
Develop and implement effective tax strategies and ensure full compliance.
Drive process efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement within finance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Job Details :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, treasury, tax, or banking
Proven experience in leading finance teams and managing high-value transactions
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities..
