Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Head of Conveyancing based in their Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, manage a busy conveyancing team and ensure high quality of service is provided to the clients.

Key responsibilities :
Ensure efficient management of the conveyancing process by managing and training the conveyance team.
Ensure all requirements related to the property paperwork, documentation and legal aspects are met.
Liaise with external solicitors and other relevant authorities to ensure the process is completed efficiently and in timely manner.
Undertake due diligence searches to check and confirm the title, any outstanding loans or restrictions on the property.
Write real estate agreements and offer consult on mortgage documents.
Develop existing relationships with clients and assist in business development activities by building a network of new clients.
Ensure that the team is compliant with all the legal and regulatory procedures at all times.
Monitoring conveyancing trends in the region and suggesting improvements as and when necessary.

Key requirements :
More than 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
Thorough understanding of UAE real estate market is essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to think strategically, take initiative, identify solutions and efficiently manage conflicts.
Excellent ability to be able to adapt in a fast paced work environment and lead and motivate the team.
Ability to converse in Arabic will be highly advantageous but not essential.
