Head Of Contracts, Licensing And Vendor Management
Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead the Contracts, Licensing & Vendor Management function for a leading banking financial services company.
This role requires exceptional administrative oversight, a strong grasp of IT and licensing frameworks, and the ability to seamlessly coordinate between the Technology, Procurement, and Legal teams.
Please note: This role does not involve pricing or commercial negotiation
Instead, you'll be the critical link ensuring all contract-related activities are executed flawlessly and in line with internal governance.

- Vendor Performance Oversight
- Administrative & Financial Governance
- Internal Collaboration
- 12+ years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 6 years in IT contract/licensing/vendor management at a leadership level.
- Strong background in contract administration, software licensing, and technology vendor oversight.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Experience working with complex internal structures and multi-department coordination.
