Key Responsibilities:
Drive
strategic planning and category management
for hygiene and cleaning consumables
Lead
supplier negotiations
and contract management
Analyze market trends to boost
sales growth
in B2B and B2C channels
Oversee
cross-functional teams
and ensure smooth collaboration
Manage
procurement, inventory, and demand planning
for consumables
Lead marketing campaigns and expand presence in
e-commerce and digital sales
Ensure compliance with
quality and regulatory standards
Use CRM and ERP systems for
data-driven decisions
Champion
change management
and continuous improvement
Manage and motivate diverse teams across locations
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders; multilingual preferred
Qualifications:
Proven experience in
hygiene, cleaning, FMCG, or consumables sectors
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Expertise in
procurement, category management, and sales growth
Experience with
digital marketing and e-commerce
Familiarity with
CRM and ERP platforms
Ability to manage large teams and drive results

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
