The Role

:

? Lead and oversee the bank's overall compliance framework, with a strong focus on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk management. ? Ensure full compliance with UAE Federal laws and Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) regulations. ? Monitor and manage AML-related risks across all business units and subsidiaries. ? Facilitate coordination with Central Bank, government bodies, and correspondent banks for AML-related matters and information sharing

Qualifications: ? Open to bilingual professionals, with preference for Arabic & English. ? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce/Banking Diploma ACIB/CAIB or in any relevant field, preferably with ACAMS, ACA, or equivalent certifications ? At least 10 years' of progressive experience in Corporate & Retail Banking, with strong expertise in Operations and Compliance Leadership ? Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and compliance tools/systems.
