We are currently seeking a Head of Communications, Abu Dhabi, reporting to the Head of Communications, India and functionally to Abu Dhabi Managing Director, to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
xc2xb7 Raises awareness on Technip Energies brand towards its stakeholders, both internally and externally within the region (Abu Dhabi & Doha offices)
xc2xb7 Provides advice and support to leaders' communication within the region
xc2xb7 Ensures the quality of communications plans and their alignment with corporate and business priorities
xc2xb7 Coordinates with Corporate PR team regarding media relations and activities, and for social media
xc2xb7 Ensures global and local internal campaigns reach all employees within the region
xc2xb7 Organizes/adapts events at regional level
xc2xb7 Provides regional information and news to Corporate communications (publications and internal and external digital platforms)
xc2xb7 Provides expert support, advice and guidance to the Doha communications focal point as needed
xc2xb7 Supervises local crises within the geographical area in coordination with the Corporate team
xc2xb7 Is responsible for adherence to the brand guidelines for the entire region
xc2xb7 Helps set up some local trade shows in liaison with the Marketing Communications team

xc2xb7 Senior communication profile - Minimum of 10-15 years of significant experience ideally for a B2B company in the energy industry, working with colleagues in multiple locations and across time zones, and for large organizations
xc2xb7 Solid editorial skills. General journalistic experience, ability to write press releases and working with media
xc2xb7 Excellent skills in developing and implementing a communications plan and in managing communication channels
xc2xb7 Prior management of complex projects problem-solving abilities
xc2xb7 Solid understanding of business relationships, with the ability and temperament to work with all levels of employees in the organization.
xc2xb7 Flexible team-player who can establish positive relationships and work effectively and collaboratively with individuals across the organization and at all levels
xc2xb7 Pragmatic, positive and hands-on mindset while keeping hindsight and strategic vision
xc2xb7 Perfect command of English and Arabic
xc2xb7 Education: Higher education in communications, public relations or marketing
