We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and people-oriented professional to lead our company commercial operations in the furniture industry. This role is central to connecting our creative, retail, and logistics teams--ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong operational thinking with warmth, initiative, and a natural ability to bring structure, collaboration, and momentum to a dynamic creative business.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Collections
Oversee and streamline all delivery and collection processes across retail, studio, online, and design divisions.
Manage key client deliveries, ensuring premium service and attention to detail for complex or high-value projects.
Coordinate team for collection and delivery of samples for trade clients and production teams.
Custom Product Inquiries & Orders
Serve as the main point of contact for all custom product inquiries, both internal and external.
Liaise with in-house teams and external partners to assess feasibility, gather quotations, and finalise pricing.
Manage the full lifecycle of custom orders--from concept through production to delivery--ensuring timelines, quality, and budgets are met.
Oversee procurement of specialised materials, tracking progress and communicating updates across departments.
Procurement & Trade Projects
Source products, finishes, and materials in alignment with trade project requirements.
Build and maintain trusted vendor relationships (local and international) to ensure quality.
Prepare supplier costings and quotations for pricing, tendering, and budgeting.
Oversee procurement workflow-- purchase requisition to delivery-- support finance.
Team Coordination & Operations Support
Provide leadership and coordination support across sales, design and operations teams.
Manage team to schedule installations, deliveries, and collections to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor team to maintain essential stock of materials.
Product Development & Event Support
Coordinate team for product development for new launches and brand events.
Manage supplier orders, timelines, and logistics to meet creative and operational goals.
Support design and marketing teams to ensure readiness for showroom activations.
