About The Role

Our position of Head Of Chocolate Academy, based in Casablanca, Morocco.

Head Of Chocolate Academy is responsible for the management and strategy planning of the Chocolate Academy. Focusing on training and engaging with our customer groups, to transfer knowledge, skills and raising awareness of the chocolate processing opportunities through the development of recipes and menus.

As an ambassador of the company's brands, this position will leverage their passion, creativity, and product expertise to raise brand awareness and brand equity of the entire product range.

Key Responsibilities Include

Plan and organize the Academy Calendar Negotiate Academy Budget and Monitor throughout the year Cost out and monitor the total cost of individual courses Develop recipes and new ideas to launch new products in the market Liaise with all local Ambassadors with reference to tutor training at the Academy and Demonstrations Enroll and speak to all course attendees Assist the Industrial and Gourmet Sales Force by providing ideas for customer proposals, creating and arranging tasting samples (own products or applications) for customers, arranging to sample of own products, supporting development proposals for customers, proposing branded products Oversee Gourmet Direct Account Visits and assist when requested with Industrial Account Visits Assist the sales team in the preparation of preliminary materials for client meetings, answering questions from clients during meetings, and presenting developed products Implementation of on-site workshops, support for exhibitions and events (various arrangements, set-up, etc.), and demonstration implementation or support Host and plan product demonstrations by liaising with sales, distributors and marketing Organize technical training sessions on the application of our products at the Chocolate Academy or at external venues Technical troubleshooting for customer Manage a team of chefs and admin in-line with chocolate academy guidelines Manage Academy assistants and technicians workload Manage Academy assistants and technicians training development

About You

Bachelor's Degree in Food Industry or a related field 5 years of work experience in a management role Excellent knowledge of English French is a must Regular travel within region and to BC locations Must be a self-starter and driven Growth orientation in new business development and inexperienced areas; an attitude of building good relationships with various internal and external stakeholders and actively collaborating with them Experience in product presentations and demonstrations to internal and external parties Have a creative sensibility and be able to make proposals that are not bound by precedent; conduct classes and other activities on their own, and be able to demonstrate and explain using rules of thumb without manuals; always have high-quality standards in their work and be able to express the policy as our development chef
