Job Description
We're working with a market-leading industrial and building materials company, currently seeking a Head of Cement to lead and expand their cement division. This is a strategic leadership role with full P&L ownership, overseeing operations, commercial activity, and supply chain across key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cement division's overall strategy, execution, and growth across local and international markets
Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring
Oversee day-to-day operations including manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and sales
Build and lead a high-performing commercial and technical team
Develop pricing strategies, distribution networks, and customer relationships
Drive innovation in products, processes, and sustainability (e.g., low-carbon cement)
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, logistics, R&D, and procurement
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Key Requirements:
10+ years' experience in cement or heavy industrial materials
Proven leadership experience managing commercial and operational teams
Strong understanding of cement production processes, supply chain, and markets
P&L management experience at business unit or group level
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Regional or international exposure is a strong advantage
